Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch by contacting our support team through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation may be processed without additional charges.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Customers are requested to carefully confirm their order during the verification call before dispatch.

COD Order Verification
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified through phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS before dispatch.
- Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled by Sanjeevita Wellness.

Repeated COD Refusals
To maintain efficient service, Sanjeevita Wellness reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from customers with a history of repeated order refusals after confirmation.
